ドレッドヘアにパラシュートシャツ、ボンデッジパンツというルックスは、1976年のロンドンにおいてかなりオリジナルスタイルであったDon Letts。当時本人が愛用していたパラシュートシャツをモチーフに前後へプリントを配置したデザイン。ズラしプリント技法により重厚な質感に仕上がっている。

Don Lettsがパラシュートシャツを着用してBob Marleyに会いに行った際、「Dreadがなんてスタイルしてるんだ！？」と揶揄され、当時のパンクムーブメントについてBobに説明し理解を求めたという。その出来事から数ヶ月後、ムーブメントの重要さを理解したボブ・マーリーは後の代表曲のひとつとなる、"Punky Reggae Party" をリリース。1枚のTshirtsの背景に多くのエピソードが潜むREBEL DREAD HARDWAREらしい1着。

The dreadlocks, parachute shirt and bondage trousers look was quite an original style in London in 1976, and the design is based on Don Letts' favourite parachute shirt from that time and placed on the front and the back. The printing technique lends the design a rich, textured finish.

When Don Letts wore a parachute shirt to meet Bob Marley, "What a style Dread has!" He was ridiculed and explained to Bob about the punk movement at the time and asked him to understand. A few months later, Bob Marley realised the importance of the movement and later released one of his best-known songs, 'Punky Reggae Party', a Rebel Dread Hardware T-shirt with many episodes hidden behind it.
